He never did die in the first Transformers. He stayed out of that final fight which does not make too much sense since Barricade could have helped the Decepticons steal that Cube and cause some serious problems for humanity, problem end it. This would have brought Fallen to earth perhaps and there would have no reason to resurrect Sentinel (Megatron probably would have went to the moon to blow up and destroy Sentinel’s body) and if Lockdown ever came to earth, he would have needed a lot more firepower than just his gravity weapon and fancy fighting skills.
Michael Bay has revealed that one of the Decepticons (a robotic car which acts as the arch enemy in the popular franchise Transformers) is going to get a new vehicle model in the fifth Transformers movie which is under way filming currently, Transformers: The Last Knight.
The Decepticon, which is going to get an upgrade, is none other than Barricade, who was earlier represented by a fifth generation Ford Mustang police car that was based on the Saleen Mustang.
>In the latest installment of the movie franchise, which is set to release on the 23rd of June 2017 will see Barricade being represented by a sixth generation Mustang instead.
To punish and enslave
Mustang will feature all the same traits that have made its predecessors popular like the protective bars in the front and the above-mentioned tag on the rear fenders. There are a few new features which have been included this time like blacked-out headlight surrounds, a-pillar mounted spotlights, and a vented hood.
There is no doubt that there are going to be a number of thrilling chases with Barricade right behind the Autobots. It will be curious to see the Mustang in action in a new role.
Filling up the roles of the humans are a few actors who return from earlier movies. The list includes the likes of Mark Wahlberg who plays Cade Yeager, Josh Duhamel who plays Lt. Colonel William Lennox, and Peter Cullen who will be reprising his part as the voice of Optimus Prime behind the camera. There are also rumors that Anthony Hopkins is going to be joining the cast this time around.
6th generation Ford Mustang

The 2015 Mustang is new in every way imaginable except in the looks department.
Ford is not ready to get rid of the long hood and short rear design which has been a hallmark of the Mustang ever since it was released 50 years ago. But in all the other ways, this Mustang is a huge leap forward as far as the refinement, performance, and fuel efficiency is concerned.
The new Mustang is also an inch lower and an inch wider than the earlier versions. The exterior has some sharp edges and is more sculpted, especially on the side. But there is no point at which you will mistake the Mustang for anything else. It has a unique persona and a performance to match the attitude that it carries with it.
Ford has also tried to improve the efficiency and performance of the new Mustang by putting it on a diet. They have used aluminum on the fenders, suspension, and hood to help trim off the pounds. They have finally tossed the rear axle too. They held on to this arrangement for far too long after everyone else shifted to independent suspensions in the rear. Ford's argument was that diehard fans preferred this simpler axle. But we suspect transitioning is not going to be too difficult, even for the purists since this new layout is going to deliver improved handling and a much smoother ride.
The cabin has been given a complete makeover. One obvious change is with the large touchscreen that is right in the middle of the dashboard. This is what you will use for controlling the Sync infotainment system. The SYNC Infotainment System is a proprietary system that was developed in-house by the Ford team and works similar to Google AndroidAut or Apple Carplay.
The only concept that is almost as
cool as this is Transformers itself. What Michael Bay and his team and the
writers have done to make these movies is just phenomenal. Bay is 4 for 4; all
4 Transformer movies have been incredible. What other series can say that? Not
Fast and Furious since Fast 2 and 3 were just OK. Not the new Bond since
Spectre was weak. Perhaps Harry Potter but the first two were mainly for kids.
The new Star Trek has something going on with the first two that were
remarkable so will see. Star Wars cannot say that since the latest one was awful
and the prequels were just average.
