The arrival of a new vehicle is one of the most exciting events in the automotive industry. These vehicles are often anticipated due to their new perks; horsepower, gas mileage, and cargo space to name a few. New vehicles have the opportunity to make a dent in the industry and shape the course of the markets.
Often, some of the most highly-anticipated new vehicles are ones that have previously gone out of production. This is the case with the all new 2019 Ford Ranger. The Ranger, a midsize pickup, has been out of production for several years. The new Ranger, much more advanced and durable than its previous models, takes after the larger F-150.
The 2019 Ranger may be unrecognizable when compared with its previous models. The new Ranger is built to be a workhorse and equipped with the technology to do so. This is another way that the Ranger borrows from the F-150; the F-150 features some of the best technology in its class, and the Ranger will as well.
One such technology will make towing much easier. Towing a large trailer can prove troublesome, due to the abundance of blind spots. The new Ranger, however, has radar equipped in its taillights that monitor these blind spots. This way, the driver will be alerted to any vehicles that enter these blind spots, even at the end of the trailer. The new and improved Ranger goes on sale in early 2019.
